Nolita

For a good couple of years I was convinced that I would not be able to buy a good slice of pizza here in the Philippines. But then Nolita at the Fort opened up and my multi-year long wait for a decent slice finally ended. To top it off, the slices at Nolita are twice the size of my face. During my last visit I went with the Buffalo chicken pizza with blue cheese. It was okay, I would have preferred it if the blue cheese was a blue cheese dressing dipping sauce on the side. But that is just me. However, the Natural Brew Outrageous Ginger Ale I had to wash it all down was tops. Overall, you can never go wrong with a slice at Nolita, the cheese pizza is always solid and there is always a constant stream of new and interesting pizza flavors that rotate through.
